Welcome to the John Bowne HS Service Desk

This site is only meant for use by John Bowne HS Faculty & Staff.

Here you can request Ink/Toner, request Technical Assistance and Reports by creating new tickets.

By logging in to the helpdesk you can:


  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.

To begin use the link on the left titled : New Ticket.


  1. Fill in your name and email address
  2. Fill in a title (eg Computer Problem, Cant Connect to Internet, etc)
  3. Enter a description
  4. Click submit

Once submitted you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track the status of your issue.
